b. The buyer is obliged to invest 50 000 USD to reconstruct the privatization object within 18 months;
c. The buyer is obliged to secure the medical functioning of the privatization object for 10 years after signing the agreement, perserve the name “S. Khechinashvili University Clinic” within 3 years and serve the “Tbilisi State Medical University” within the same period for free.
d. In order to ensure the “a” and “b” subparagraphs of this paragraph the buyer must introduce 50 000 Gel Banking guarantee with the validity of at least 21 months within 30 days after the auction.
